Do I need to have an account to order?

Not exactly, you can also place an order as a guest. however, there will be some advantages if you join as our member:

What if I forget my login email?

Please contact us so we can help you to retrieve your email address. But we cannot change your order.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments, all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and direct bank transfers, AMEX. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Are there any exchange rates or transaction fees?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Is international shipping available for you?

Yes, We ship to any countries and regions as long as the Post Mail can reach the place. We are not able to ship to P.O. or A.P.O Boxes.

Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping can be applied to all orders if you choose Standard Shipping methods.

How will my order be shipped?

Mostly, we use China Post mail and ePacket to ship the goods, some expedited carriers (DHL, FeDex, UPS, EMS, Aramex, etc.) are also accepted.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices posted on our site are not including tax in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office too.

How do I set my shipping address?

Our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuation.
If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been shipped.

Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold

Can I change or cancel my order? and how?

Yes, you may change or cancel your order, Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. *Please note that any orders that have already been packed/processed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

Generally, Yuegui don't accept to cancel the order within 3 days of payment, but you can contact us to see the status of order, if it is not shipped out or arranged for production or processing, then you can cancel the order.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized.

How long will my order be processed?

  • Orders of products in stock: Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, shipping to shipping company sometimes etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
  • For some custom products(yes, we accept customization for some items.): we need to produce the goods, the processing time is always actual production time, that should be confirmed with buyers when they place order.
